NCT ID NCT05479812

Summary

This is a first-in-human study to test the safety and early effectiveness of a new drug called WTX-124, given alone and in combination with an existing immunotherapy (pembrolizumab). It will enroll about 150 adults with advanced or metastatic solid tumors, such as melanoma or kidney cancer, who have run out of standard treatment options. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see how well patients tolerate the treatment.
