Summary
This study looked at whether writing about personal experiences can affect the health of healthy women aged 60 and older. Participants wrote once a week for six weeks and completed questionnaires. Researchers also took blood samples to measure inflammation and asked about well-being. The goal was to understand how expressive writing might relate to physical and mental health.
