Summary
This study tested whether a six-week wrestling program could help sedentary teenage boys feel better mentally. Thirty boys aged 12-15 were split into a wrestling group or a control group. The wrestling group showed big improvements in well-being and resilience, and their sports-related anxiety dropped significantly. The findings suggest that even short-term wrestling training can support youth mental health.
