Summary
This study tested whether a 6-week wrestling program could help sedentary teenage boys feel better mentally. 15 boys took part in the wrestling training, while another 15 did not. Results showed that the wrestlers had less anxiety, better well-being, and stronger resilience compared to the control group. The findings suggest that even short-term wrestling can support youth mental health.
