Can a Text-and-Video program help ease the stress of child care workers?
NCT ID NCT06919952
Summary
This study is testing two different remote support programs for early childhood education staff to see which one better improves their well-being and resilience to stress. About 640 staff members from 80 child care centers will be randomly assigned to either a resilience-building program or a physical activity program, both delivered online and by text message. Researchers will measure changes in mental health, stress, and workplace support over 15 months to see if the benefits last.
