Can a remote program help child care workers beat burnout?
NCT ID NCT06919952
Summary
This study is testing two different remote support programs for child care center staff to see which one better improves their mental well-being and resilience to stress. About 640 staff members from 80 centers will be randomly assigned to either a resilience-building program or a physical activity program for 3 months, with follow-up for a year. The goal is to find effective ways to support the mental health of these essential workers through remote coaching, videos, and text messages.
