Summary
This study looks at whether a two-day employment program helps young Black sexual minority men stay engaged in HIV care. About 132 participants will attend the program and complete surveys over 13 months. Researchers want to see if the program is acceptable and feasible, and if it improves job-seeking skills and reduces missed healthcare visits.
