Summary

This study tests a program called WOMENinMOTION that teaches pregnant women how to manage pelvic girdle pain through education, exercise, and pain coping strategies. The goal is to help women stay physically active during pregnancy and prevent chronic pain that can last for years after childbirth. The study will involve 592 pregnant women and compare the program to standard care.
