First seen Jun 30, 2026 · Last updated Jul 01, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looks at how diet, physical activity, and sleep relate to body composition in women in Kazakhstan. About 200 women aged 20 and older will have a DEXA scan to measure fat, muscle, and bone density, and fill out questionnaires. The goal is to build a clearer picture of women's health in the region and guide future public health advice.

- What this could lead to
- If successful, this study could provide the first comprehensive dataset on women's body composition and lifestyle in Kazakhstan, helping shape future nutrition and health guidelines.
- What could go wrong
