First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tests whether short, web-based activities—like writing a gratitude letter—can improve well-being and reduce burnout in adults. Participants complete surveys before, after, and up to a year later. The study is entirely online and open to anyone 18 or older. There is no direct benefit, but you might feel better.
