First seen Mar 08, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study tests a new wireless pressure microcatheter to diagnose coronary microvascular dysfunction (CMD) in people with chest pain but no major artery blockages. About 114 adults will undergo the procedure, and results will be compared to heart MRI scans. The goal is to see if this tool can accurately detect small vessel heart disease, which is often missed by standard tests.
