New wireless device could spot hidden heart disease in chest pain patients

Summary

This study is for people with chest pain but no major blockages in their heart arteries. It tests a new wireless pressure catheter that measures blood flow in tiny heart vessels to diagnose microvascular dysfunction. About 114 participants will undergo the procedure, and results will be compared with heart MRI scans. The goal is to see if this tool can accurately identify the condition.
