Summary
This study tested whether using a WiiFit video game could improve dizziness and balance better than standard physical therapy in people with inner ear problems. 42 adults aged 18-65 with ongoing dizziness took part. Both groups did exercises for 4 weeks, and researchers measured changes in dizziness and balance using questionnaires and physical tests.
