Summary
This study tested whether playing balance games on a Wii Fit board could help women with osteoporosis who had a mastectomy improve their balance. Sixty women participated, and their balance was measured before and after eight weeks of training. The goal was to see if this fun, home-friendly device could reduce fall risk.
