Summary
This study looks at whether eating whole fruit can improve blood sugar control, reduce liver fat, and lower heart disease risk in adults with type 2 diabetes who do not use insulin. About 25 participants will be monitored using continuous glucose monitors and other tests. The goal is to see if a simple dietary change can help manage diabetes better.
