Summary
This study looks at whether eating whole fruit can help adults with type 2 diabetes better control their blood sugar, reduce liver fat, and lower heart disease risk. Researchers will enroll 25 people who do not use insulin and monitor their glucose levels, insulin sensitivity, and other health markers. The goal is to see if a simple dietary change can improve diabetes management.
