Summary

This study looked at two types of exercise—whole body vibration and aerobic training—in 60 adults who had a kidney transplant. The goal was to see which one better reduced inflammation (measured by interleukin-6) and improved endurance. Participants did their assigned exercise and were tested before and after the program.
