Summary
This study looked at how whole-body vibration (standing on a vibrating platform) activates muscles automatically. Researchers tested 40 healthy adults aged 20-40 using different body positions and vibration frequencies. Muscle activity was recorded with stickers on the skin. The goal was to better understand these reflexes to improve future rehabilitation methods.
