Summary
This study looks at whether whole-body vibration can relieve constipation in women after menopause. Fifty women aged 50-60 with functional constipation will use a vibrating platform to see if it improves their symptoms and quality of life. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to ease this common issue.
