First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests whether standing on a gently vibrating platform for 25 minutes, three times a week, can improve thinking, balance, and daily life in older adults with mild cognitive impairment. About 180 people aged 60 and older will be randomly assigned to vibration, a fake platform, or usual care. Results will be checked after 12 weeks and again 6 months later.
