Summary
This study looks at the WHO QualityRights program, which helps mental health facilities improve how they respect patients' rights. Researchers want to see if the program makes patients more satisfied with their care, how it is put into practice, and what it costs. About 1,800 adults (patients and staff) from French psychiatric units are taking part, and the program is compared to usual care.
