Summary
This study tested whether drinking white tea every day for two weeks could improve antioxidant enzyme activity and other health markers in 19 healthy adults aged 20-35. Participants drank white tea infusion daily and had blood tests and body measurements before and after. The goal was to see if white tea safely enhances the body's ability to fight free radicals.
