Summary
This study tested whether drinking white tea every day for two weeks could improve antioxidant enzyme activity in 19 healthy adults aged 20-35. Participants drank white tea infusion daily and had blood tests before and after to check for changes in antioxidant levels, liver and kidney function, blood sugar, and cholesterol. The goal was to see if white tea offers health benefits without causing harm.
