Summary
This study looked at whether taking whey protein supplements helps teenage soccer players improve their performance, recover faster, and change their body composition during a 10-12 week competitive season. Thirty-one high school players aged 13-18 took part. The goal was to see if the protein group did better than a control group on measures like fitness and muscle fatigue.
