Summary
This study looks at the best time to start eating after a procedure called colorectal endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD), which removes large polyps or early cancers from the colon. About 204 adults will be randomly assigned to start eating within 24 hours or wait longer. The goal is to see which approach leads to fewer complications like bleeding, shorter hospital stays, and higher patient satisfaction.
