Summary
This study looked at whether a mental strategy called Mental Contrasting with Implementation Intentions (MCII) can boost university students' confidence in tennis training, and if adding WhatsApp reminders makes it work better. Twenty-two students were split into two groups: one used MCII alone, the other used MCII plus WhatsApp reminders before each session. Researchers measured their self-confidence before and after the four-week program to see if the reminders helped.
