Summary
This study tested whether getting colonoscopy prep instructions through WhatsApp helps people clean their bowels better than standard in-person counseling. 110 adults scheduled for a colonoscopy took part. The goal was to see if using a simple phone app could improve the quality of bowel preparation, making the procedure more effective.
