Summary
This study looked at whether using WhatsApp to send educational messages helps people prepare for a colonoscopy better than the usual in-person counseling. 110 adults scheduled for a colonoscopy took part. The goal was to see if the WhatsApp group had cleaner bowels during the procedure, as measured by a standard scale.
