Summary
This study compares two genetic tests—whole genome sequencing and whole exome sequencing—to see which one better diagnoses children with severe, long-lasting diarrhea and gut problems. Researchers will enroll 180 children and track how often each test finds the cause and helps guide treatment. The goal is to improve diagnosis and care for these young patients.
