Summary
This study tests a new drug called WGI-0301 combined with the immunotherapy nivolumab in people with advanced liver or kidney cancer. The goal is to see if the combination is safe, how the body handles it, and whether it can shrink tumors. About 230 adults aged 18-75 will take part across multiple hospitals.
