Summary
This early-stage study tests an experimental vaccine called HydroVax-001B WNV in 30 healthy adults aged 18 to 49. The vaccine uses an inactivated (killed) form of the West Nile virus to train the immune system without causing disease. Participants receive either the vaccine or a placebo in two different doses to check safety and measure antibody levels. The goal is to find a safe dose that triggers strong protection against this mosquito-borne infection.
