Summary
This study tested a wellness program for nurses and physician assistants to see if professional counseling could help them manage job stress. Over 300 healthcare workers met with a counselor to learn coping strategies, self-care, and time management. The goal was to reduce burnout and improve their resilience and engagement at work.
