Summary
This study tested a wellness program designed to help nurses and physician assistants cope with job stress and prevent burnout. Over 300 healthcare workers participated in sessions with a professional counselor to learn stress management and self-care skills. The goal was to see if this support could improve their resilience and engagement at work.
