Summary
This study tests whether a breathing and meditation program (Sudarshan Kriya Yoga and Sahaj Meditation) can reduce burnout and improve well-being in doctors, nurses, and other clinicians. About 180 healthcare workers will be randomly assigned to the program or a control group. The study measures changes in burnout scores, heart rate, and sleep using a smart ring.
