Summary

This study tests if a program of breathing exercises and meditation can reduce burnout and improve well-being in doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. About 180 participants will be randomly assigned to the program or a control group. The study measures changes in burnout scores and physical signs of stress using a smart ring.
