Summary
This study looks at whether sending text reminders or offering help to schedule appointments can increase the number of children who get their yearly check-ups. About 2,800 children and young adults up to age 21 are taking part. Researchers are comparing standard outreach, automated texts, and texts plus scheduling assistance to see which works best.
