First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looks at whether sending text reminders or offering help to schedule appointments can get more children and teens (ages 0-21) to their yearly well-child visits. About 2,800 participants are split into three groups: one gets usual reminders, another gets automated texts, and a third gets texts plus help booking the appointment. The goal is to find the best way to close gaps in preventive care.
