Summary
This study looked at what works best for keeping weight off after stopping popular GLP-1 drugs like Wegovy or Zepbound. About 226 adults who had lost at least 15% of their body weight on these medications were followed for 12 weeks after stopping. The goal was to see which step-down approach helped maintain weight loss.
