Summary

This study is testing whether eating protein and/or fiber bars as part of a low-calorie diet helps people with overweight or obesity lose weight and improve joint and heart health. About 144 adults will eat three bars daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure weight, body composition, blood markers, and joint comfort.
