Summary
This study looks at 240 adults who had sleeve gastrectomy but later regained weight or didn't lose enough. They will receive one of two types of gastric bypass surgery to see which works better for weight loss, quality of life, and food tolerance over 5 years. The goal is to find the best option for people needing a second weight loss surgery.
