Second chance at weight loss: study tests best revision surgery after sleeve failure

Summary
This study compares two weight loss surgeries for people who did not lose enough weight or regained weight after an initial sleeve gastrectomy. About 240 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either a standard gastric bypass or a bypass with a ring. Researchers will track weight loss, health improvements, quality of life, and food tolerance over 5 years.
