First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study tests whether a weight loss program delivered through a patient portal (like a health app) helps overweight adults lose more weight than standard health education. About 250 participants will be randomly assigned to either the active program or a comparison group. The goal is to see if using technology can make weight loss more effective and potentially lower cancer risk.
