New telehealth program helps TBI survivors lose weight and boost health

Summary
This study aims to make a proven weight-loss program more accessible for people with traumatic brain injury (TBI) by delivering it via telehealth. About 85 adults with moderate to severe TBI and a BMI of 25 or higher will participate. The program focuses on healthy eating and physical activity to help participants lose weight and improve overall health.
