First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested a behavioral weight loss program designed for college students ages 18-25 with overweight or obesity. The program used a 'small change' approach to help students lose weight and keep it off. 42 students took part, and the study focused on whether students liked the program and if it helped them lose weight. The goal was to see if this type of program could work in college health centers.
