Summary
This study is testing a non-surgical, endoscopic procedure called ESG that uses stitches to reduce stomach size, aiming to help with weight loss. It will compare this procedure combined with lifestyle changes against lifestyle changes alone in Asian adults with obesity. The main goal is to see if the procedure is safe and leads to better weight loss results over 12 months.
