Summary
This study is testing whether weight loss medications tirzepatide and semaglutide are practical and safe for endometrial cancer patients who are overweight or have diabetes while they undergo chemotherapy. Researchers want to see if patients can complete the treatment, how it affects their weight and blood sugar, and what side effects they experience.
