Summary

This study is testing whether daily injections of an experimental drug called TCMCB07 can help people with metastatic colorectal cancer maintain their body weight and muscle mass while undergoing chemotherapy. Researchers will compare the drug against a placebo in 120 patients who have recently started their first chemotherapy treatment. The goal is to see if the drug can prevent the weight loss and muscle wasting that often occurs during cancer treatment.
