Summary

This study is testing whether an experimental drug called TCMCB07 can help people with metastatic colorectal cancer maintain their body weight and muscle mass while undergoing chemotherapy. About 120 patients will receive either the drug or a placebo through daily injections for 12 weeks, starting with their second chemotherapy cycle. The main goal is to see if the treatment safely prevents the weight loss that often occurs during cancer treatment.
