Summary
This study looked at 945 adults with septic shock in the ICU to see if giving blood pressure medicine based on body weight works better than a standard dose. The goal was to find out which method leads to better survival and fewer side effects. Results will help hospitals choose the safest dosing strategy for all patients, especially those who are obese.
