This study looks at how well the weight-loss drug Wegovy works for Korean adults with obesity in everyday doctor visits. About 500 people will take the weekly shot as prescribed, and researchers will track weight changes and safety over 52 weeks. The goal is to see real-world results, not to test a new treatment.
