Summary
This study is testing whether a weekly injection called MET097 helps people with obesity or overweight lose weight. About 225 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo (a dummy injection) for 28 weeks to see which is more effective and safe. The goal is to see if this new treatment can help control weight over time.
